We had this installed 2 days ago and within 24 hrs there was a funny noise and all of a sudden there was hardly any water pressure when using hot water; cold water pressure remained good.
It took the plumber (who happens to be my hubby) 1 hour & 45 minutes to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Turns out there is a well-hidden & impossible to get at, check valve in both the hot and cold lines. My hubby almost gave up before finding this piece way up in the hot water line, which had jammed into a partially closed position. There was no dirt clogging it. He had to use a drill and other assorted things to get the valve out. It's permanently removed now (could only be removed by drilling it out). But most people who don't see this review will likely toss the faucet out when this happens, unless right way, as most plumbers won't find these check valves & who is going to pay for almost 2 hours of labor required to fix it? Kohler got this one right. It looks cool and contemporary, but not too modern or industrial. It's the perfect height and reach over the sink. The pull out has great balance and retracts smoothly. The stream of water is super precise and clean. Great action on the lever. Easy install. Good price. A+

We've been pleased with this faucet--really like the pullout spray head with two different settings (stream and spray). Be aware that it is fairly high arching, which can cause a bit of splashing in our relatively shallow sink basins. You just have to learn to adjust the stream flow to minimize it.

Checked my local Home Depot, if you want decent kitchen faucet, it will cost you over $100!! So I decided to take a chance by ordering a name brand "KOHLER" from Amazon, and I'm glad I did!
The faucet comes with stainless braided hoses attached, and all you need to do is to connect it to the 3/8" compression outlet, and tighten one base mount nut on the bottom, and that's it! very easy to install, and up and running in no time!
The faucet is very shinning, and looks very expensive. I love the curvy design, fits modern kitchen very well! recommended to anyone looking for a single handle, modern looking kitchen faucet!

This faucet is sleek, beautiful, and well-built. There is only one thing, the faucet tip points out and it makes the attachment of my Pur water filter difficult (it leaks a bit). Other than that tiny, little issue, I love this faucet!

Though pricey, our choice of a Kohler K-10411-CP Forte kitchen sink was a wise one. These are built like a tank and are very easy to install with their pre-installed water feed lines. The single point attachment brace underneath in the center makes for a quick but very secure mounting. The height of the nozzle is very good for large pots or pitchers and the aerator is quiet and smooth with minimum splashing. No leaks at all underneath even with an add on hose and adapter fittings that a Lowe's floor specialist helped me get just the right ones. We're quite satisfied with the looks and performance of this unit which is well worth the extra paid for it.

I've gone through two of these, and both have failed. I 100% agree with both other reviewers. Terrible product. I've had the original repaired, then replaced. Wasted money hiring a plumber and buying replacement parts as well as a whole new faucet thinking the first one was a lemon. Please do not waste your money. It WILL leak within a year, guaranteed!

I recommend this faucet to anyone who likes the way it looks,as I do, and does not need to use it. As long as you do not turn on the water, it does not leak. If you need to use this as a faucet, I do not recommend it. I leaks horribly and when I tried to get Kohler to make good on the warranty it would only send weird looking parts with no instructions. The plumber said it would cost three times the price of a new faucet to try to fix it and he said he did not think it would really stop leaking. I finally bought another faucet--but not a Kohler!!

My wife loved the look of this faucet. We had it installed in our house five years ago when we were building our home. For the last two years the handle has been sticking. A plumber took it apart and found it had a broken part. Since we didn't have the receipt we are out of luck. We are just going to buy a new ( different) faucet. Has anyone else had this problem? We can barely even move the handle. Very aggravating !
