It is a serious training device for swimming improvement. I have had many inquiries at the pool about this kick board and I have told them where to get one. This is a hard surface board with a very surdy plastic shell. This is not going to disintegrate or chip. I like all the places you can put your hands. I found quickly my back no longer was arched and my body was flatter when swimming. Surprisingly I was still given an arm workout. I have tried this with all the different ways to swim with it and with certain positions it really still works your upper arms. I thought it was $16 when it was actually $24. My bad. What is not my bad is the fact that the picture displaying the board has an adult man posed with the board leading me to believe that the board would be appropriate for me an adult man. NOT! This product is a toy and for use by a child and a little one at that. My 3 year old grandson is pleased. I'm not! |
