It is an awesome experience. The valve did develop some trouble opening and closing properly after a while. It finally got to the point where I had to ask Kohler for some warranty service. It was a bit of a process, but I have to say that Kohler lived up to their warranty and even went above and beyond in my opinion. Now that it is working, it is my favorite amenity in the house. I give the product four stars due to the engineering issue, but the company deserves five stars for their service. I would buy from them again.
